At ECHO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Our Refund and Returns Policy applies to all products purchased directly from our online store.

2. Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return any product that is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be in their original condition (unopened, unused, and undamaged).
  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be purchased directly from ECHO via our website.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used skincare, beauty, or cosmetic products.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used or opened unless there is a defect or damage caused during shipping.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
